After such a long time without... 2 days in a row swimming is tough!!!
Just got back to my half an hour swim and 1000m... shameful!!! but hey it's been a while.
At least I have the look! Cap, googles, speedo! muhahaha... can only get better from here.
The problem is that all is getting longer now to do everything... need to plan a better organization...
Also the knee... 2 painkillers a day are not enough... took the first one at 7AM.... at 3PM I couldn't wait cause of the pain so I had the second one.... which makes me think I might be in pain around bed time...
PS : I would kill for a plate of pasta! or rice!.. or carbs!!!! Guess need to swim in the morning.

I was contemplating swapping a swim for the skips too but never got around to doing it.
ReplyDeleteAs you say... it just takes too long. It's not the swimming itself but I hate the smell of chlorine in my hair which means half hour swim is followed by half an hour of showering, blowdry and getting dressed... sucks to be a girl!
yeah... takes longer... sucks to be injured... Missing the 12~13 mins skipping! fast and efficient... but again, nothing else I can do!

Perhaps you could see if the doctor could give you a little bit of a lower prescription so you could take them more frequently and that would last longer through the day? Or maybe just cut them in half? Just a thought. Good luck!

I have a 7 day prescription... let's see how I feel at the end of the week!
