First alarm shouting in my ears at 5:35AM this morning for the first time! SNOOZE.....
Second time 5:44... Come on, get up!
And I did... time to get a pair of socks, a tee shirt and a short and up to the roof! started at almost 6AM... I tried to bput a bit of rythm in my skipping and exercises and finished by 6:30AM.. 10 min stretching and now time to prepare breakfast and stuf... God the mornings are a tight schedule...
But as someone I know would say, feeling like a million bucks!

Way to go!! 30 minutes!!!! It takes me a full 45-50 minutes to do my workout. Keep up the good work, and keep me on my toes!
