Day -1 : what a great idea

"we should go to the race course for today's training.
_yeah sure" I heard me say.

Oh Gosh... How I regretted my answer.

We arrivedd around 10AM. It was already packed... Bunch of guys exercising on the parallel bars for the dips, guys monopolizing the pull ups bars with their freakin TRX bands..
I was already upset....
But the worst I have to say was the heat... 30oC meaning around 40 in the sun.
Skipping done (boring but done, legs done... Now the first power set!
Organizing my little things for my circuit and GO!!!! Dips ok, pull ups ok (surprisingly), push ups, not ok... Cant manage the 15! Coming to failure around 12-13... So annoing. I knew pecs was on of my down point but still annoying...
1, 2, 3, 4 sets.... And i'm kind out of breah but pushing to he 5th set. I have to admit, at the end of the setI threw away the push ups handles! Couldn't stand them anymore!

"garcon!?! What's next please?"

Looking at my program page and realized it was a 4 exercises power set!!! Are you kidding me???
ok... Here I come :
Biceps, ok... Triceps, ok... DaVinci, tough... Shoulders raise, hell!
Couldn't finish the reps with my resistance band!
From sets 2 to 4, I stole Tanya's band for Da Vinci and forward raise... and even with it, it was really tough to get 20!
For the last set I kept my band, but the last 10 reps of davinci and fwd raise looked like a Picasso art.. I was doing some complicate contortions to get the move done. Basically, I was using other muscles I guess... failure...

And the abs! Under the sun, still.... So hot... but did my 5 sets... didn't time my planks, what's the point? I was stopping when I was looking more like a shivering/shaking poor soul...

So again, pecs and shoulders are my lows... Now, I know but what a difference from day 1!

Still not getting my wanted 6 packs, but I'll get there! I promise!

Day 89 dust and done! Bring on the Day 90! not scare anymore!

Good day everyone!
