Started with the strength (pecs was a torture). I managed the planks! Hooray!! I though about giving up on the last set aroud 45 secs... then told myself "come on gang, 1 min at least"... then on and on to the full 90 secs. kind of proud of myself! hahaha
And I finished with the 18 mins skipping on the roof top... wow... 30 degrees is quite hot. so now I'm typing all sweaty... sorry about the picture! hehe
Ok.. off to the shower now. Quite happy to be done with it.
PS to myself : Think about stretching more after floorjumps... think ahead for the next skipping day!
These workouts are no joke man, good work!
