Day -8 : Storm

Hey everyone!
Pouring rain outside... comfortably inside watching 127 hours (errr.... are we PCPers allowed to complain?)

Trainings the last two days have been great! Obviously tough but great.
Yesterday, started with 12 mins jumprope followed by 9 mins trademeal followed by 3 more skipping. Then all the strength exercises. I don't understand why my lower back hurt so much during bicycles. I had to forfeit the bicycles exercises and instead did the 8MA and a bit more of skipping (like 3 more mins).

Today, about same same, did the skipping... Cool thing is I set up the timer, started to jump to finally realized I forgot to start it. I don't know for how long I've been skipping so far so I opted to set to 17 mins and I finished that (daft punk 2007 live is great). Did all the strength, push ups were a killer! I still don't get why it seems a lot harder now than last week! Ended with the famous planks. Made it! And added the 8MA + 3 mins skipping.

Back home, cooking (see pics below)

Note to Patrick :
About today's assignment, I've been going to the gym for a while so I've been looking the people a lot. Weight litters have totally inflated muscles but the most shocking is that their muscles are not proportionate one to another. Huge biceps, no shoulders... Big pecs, skinny legs, etc...
But on the other hand, I've been training around the ring for a while and the guys who train with coaches aren't that different from us. Most of them are lean, exercising without weights. The boxe training looks quite interesting if I may.
That's it.
