I have to say those last 10 days sound like hell... as exercises are taking longer and we still have the food prep and we obviously have the 80 first days on our back (and muscles)...
But let's face it... I'm gonna try to do those 8MA extra... 10 days... like the marathon-man sprinting for the last k, we're gonna end strong! Pretty sure of that.

Good attitude man, if it makes you feel any better even a day with no "extra" is more than 99% of people are doing!

Kung Fu sit ups killed my shoulders... and even after 2.5 months, bycicle still hurts my lower back... weird... so did half of the bycicles only. and then the 8 MA. What's weird is for the last 2 days I feel weaker than a week ago.
why?
Embrace the 8 minute abs just as spandex pants embraces... well errr you get the picture.
