Day -32 : Back to mornings

Finally managed to get up this morning... 5:40AM tho... so didnt have time to skip...
I really prefer skipping pre strengh exercises as it's also a good warm up, unfortunately I really dont want to skip on concrete and the playground with astro turf is closed till 7AM so I have no choice...
And today I will have to skip this arvo. A good sweat in the afternoon is kind of nice too!
What I'm worried about now is my trip to France.... I come from the south where the food is great but not really PCP compliance! :) They/we (I used to) love butter and sauces! but I'll manage I'm sure. I'm busy anyways.
The trip starts with Lyon where my brother is professional rugby coach. At least I'll have the structures to train. I'm intrigued about will he be able to see I look different! Wait and see!
Exercises are good. biceps (or) triceps after Pecs is really tough tho but Patrick's mail today putting me in the right direction.
I think that's it for today!
Cheerios!

  1. It's a good thing you're going to France with some body changes already under your belt, otherwise people would give you trouble about passing up on all the buttery goodness!
