Day 34 - The retreat.

All good!
The week end ended with my PCP... as it started! :)
We were in a seminar for the all week end and we tried to be as PCP compliance as possible with the food (brought our saturday lunch and a bunch of fruits). The weather was beautiful and we had a good time!
No more painkiller but unfortunately my knee still hurts... I tried to do a couple of skips... but I can definitely say I'm not ready! (and for even more fun.. I can feel my ankle's joints are weak too!!! God I'm just 31!!! ) This is silly cause I feel I'm missing something... I know I swim but I have the impression that skipping does much more for my "fatty belly"! Anyways... Let's focus on the good stuff!
Arms training was great! the burn was definitely there and the workout was good! already curious about what is waiting for us next tuesday! 
Swimming day for me tomorrow!
